CMS Fire Extinguisher division was Established in 1989 to compliment our range of Maintenance Services we already offered to Contract Customers.

While on site Servicing the Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems our competent technicians can also service your Fire Extinguishers to the relevant standards.

All our technicians are IFEDA trained to the latest standards and regular update every three years. They can Service and Maintain ANY make and model of Fire Extinguisher.

All service vehicles carry a comprehensive stock of Service Spares enabling our technicians to work on site with out any delays and minimum disruption.

All mechanical devices require maintenance. With safety products such as fire extinguishers, this is particularly important.

The revised British Standard BS 5306; Part 3: 2009 Code of Practice for the Commissioning and Maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers, recommends that your Fire Extinguishers are Serviced at least Annually to ensure that your Fire equipment will always function in an Emergency.

CMS Fire visit customers premises once a year to determine the condition of the Fire Extinguishers and whether they are due for Basic, Extended or Overhaul Service or to report it as Condemned/unsafe for use. In which case it is marked accordingly and reported to the client in the form of an Fire Extinguisher Inspection Certificate.
